5: Creative Culinary Artistry Instruction with Lisa Berczel June 4, 2012

Hands-on comprehensive instruction on creative molding and sculpting with wafer paper. From creating basic textures to coloring and assembling and flowers, students will acquire all the skills necessary to create dimensional art with wafer paper. Includes working with molds and armatures, shaping, storing and final assembly. Class activities include using airbrush and painting with cocoa butter.

All equipment and classroom materials supplied.

8:30am Arrival & Introductions

9am Ð 6pm Class Instruction with * lunch and 2 fifteen minute breaks.
